School Holiday Closed: Due To Cold, School Holidays in UP increased Again
UP School Holiday: In view of the severe cold and dense fog in four districts of Uttar Pradesh, orders have been given to keep all schools closed. However, school for students of classes 9 to 12 will run from 10 am to 3 pm. The District Magistrate said that schools in Saharanpur, Gorakhpur, Mau and Lakhimpur Kheri will remain closed till January 31.
Saharanpur District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra declared holiday for all schools from classes one to eight in view of cold and fog. Also, council schools and all board schools in Mau district have been ordered to be closed till January 31.
Not only this, the District Magistrate in Gorakhpur and Lakhimpur Kheri has extended the school holidays till January 30.
