School Holidays Extended in This District of UP, Order issued
Uttar Pradesh School Holidays: With the beginning of the new year, the entire North India is surrounded by cold wave and cold. Due to cold weather till January 6, 2024, all schools in the capital Lucknow district will remain closed from pre-primary to class 8. Schools will reopen in Lucknow on 8 January 2024. Apart from this, changes have been made in the education system from classes 9 to 12 in the capital. The school will now remain open from 10 am to 3 pm. Winter vacation has started in many schools including the Basic Education Council. However, some districts have private schools.

School holidays extended in Noida
There will be holiday till January 6 in all the board schools of Noida adjacent to the capital Delhi. In view of the severe cold, District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma decided that the nurseries will remain closed from January 6 to January 8. Whereas in Ghaziabad, summer vacation has been announced in schools up to class eight from December 31 to January 14.

Schools in Rajasthan will remain closed till January 14.
Due to heavy fog and shivering cold in Rajasthan, all schools have been ordered to remain closed till January 14. The Collector has declared Makar Sankranti holiday on January 15. This is the reason. That schools in the capital Jaipur will now open only on 16th January. On the other hand, this weekend may still continue in dense fog and cold.
