• Click on the “Find Your New Gramin Account Number” link visible on the home page of the Department of Electrical Energy website www.uppcl.org.
• Now select the name of your hard drive on the new page.
• Then enter your old 12 digit account number.
• Then enter the capture code and click "View".
• Your old 12-digit and new 10-digit account numbers will now appear on the screen along with your name.
• Write down this new 10-digit account number.
