At the same time, contracts have been finalized for 13 projects. The tender process is going on on 15 projects. This is a thing to be seen. That tender has been invited for eight projects. And work for land acquisition is going on at a fast pace.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways of the Government of India itself is working on many new projects. Like new NH of Varanasi, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Balrampur, Rae Bareli, Madiyahun, Amethi, Pratapgarh bypass and Munshi Pulia Khurramnagar elevated flyover Bareilly-Bisalpur.
Project in Lucknow Circle
The Public Works Department has approved projects worth Rs 29099 crore. Work is to be done on four National Highway projects this year. 19 projects in Prayagraj, 6 projects in Bareilly, 7 projects in Kanpur, 24 projects in Lucknow and 4 projects in Gorakhpur.
