Rain warning in these states

The Meteorological Department said that on December 30 and 31, there may be light rain and heavy snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. There may be drizzle only in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Heavy rain is expected over southern parts of Tamil Nadu on December 31 and January 1.
