A man from Punjab has been arrested for threatening to kill Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan over phone. The accused, identified as Ajay Kumar Yadav, is a resident of Fatehgarh area of ​​Ludhiana. He was arrested on Sunday and sent to jail on Tuesday. According to police, Yadav had threatened to shoot BJP MP Ravi Kishan if he went to Bihar. Following this threat, the MP's office filed a complaint.

The police used technical surveillance and phone tracking to trace Yadav in Punjab. The mobile phone used to make the threat has also been seized.
