Last evening, the procession of Sonu alias Arun's son Subhash Chandra, a resident of here, had returned from Gangapur in Etawah district. Everyone was engrossed in the celebration of the marriage and after having food everyone had gone to sleep when at around 2:00 in the night Sonu's elder brother Shivveer's son Subhash Chandra attacked him with an ax. The accused brutally murdered his own brother Sonu, Bhullan, brother-in-law Sourav, brother's wife Soni, and his friend Deepak and after that Shivveer also shot himself, killing him on the spot. At the same time, the deceased accused Shivveer had also attacked his wife Doli and maternal aunt Sushma, in which both were injured. The treatment of both the injured is going on in the district hospital.
