National Games: Haryana Created History in National Games, Breaking Record & Winning 48 Gold Medals
National Games: As you know. National Games are being organized in Goa for the last few days. Like every game, in these games too, players from Haryana have won many medals. Along with sons, daughters of Haryana have also brought glory to the state by winning national games. The players of the state had also won 38 gold medals in the National Games of the year 2022, but this time the players of Haryana have won so many medals which they have never achieved in the previous games.
Won gold medal by breaking records
For information, let us tell you that the players of the state have broken the record by winning 48 gold medals in the 37th National Games. Players from the same state have won 33 silver medals and 40 bronze medals. Not only this, there are still 4 more days left for the National Games to end. The biggest achievement for the state was when Haryana players won all three medals in 10 meter pistol shooting.
Won all three medals
On Sunday, Haryana's daughters broke the record by winning all three medals in Women 10 meter pistol shooting. Haryana's daughter Palak created history by winning gold, Rhythm Sangwan won silver and Drishti Sangwan won bronze medal in Women 10 meter pistol shooting. In archery also, Mohit and Kiran of Haryana won gold medal in compound round mix.
Girls' individual competitions will be held today
Apart from this, state players Sonu, Rahul, Sunil and Sahil won joint silver medal in the Boys Indian Round match. Apart from this, in men's Kabaddi also, Haryana team defeated UP by 35-31 points. Apart from this, individual competitions for girls will be held on Monday. The same Haryana Women's Loggery team defeated Goa 2-0 in its first match and Tamil Nadu 2-0 in the second match and got entry into the next match.
