Ather 450s HR Launch Date : Electric vehicle manufacturer Ather Energy is preparing to launch a new scooter with a powerful battery soon. The company can introduce its new e-scooter Ather 450s HR with a larger battery pack. It is being speculated that the company is working on a high range electric scooter. However, no official confirmation has been made regarding this.

It has been claimed in the reports. A new homologation document for the new Ather scooter went viral recently. According to this document, Ather is preparing to introduce 450S HR. Where ‘HR’ probably stands for ‘high range’. The document reveals that the Ather 450S HR scooter will be equipped with a 3.76kWh battery pack. Thanks to this larger battery, the Ather 450S HR is claimed to have a certified range of 156km. Which is 10 km more than 450X.

Talking about power, this new scooter maintains the same maximum output of 5.4kW as the 450S. And that's slightly less than the 450X's 6.4kW motor. While the 450S HR version retains the wheelbase, width and height of the company's existing scooters. Its total length is slightly less. Its top speed is expected to be 80 km per hour. Which is 10 kmph less than the 450S and 450X.

The document reveals that the upcoming scooter offers four different riding modes. Which includes Echo, SmartEco, Ride and Sport. But warp mode is missing. Its price could be more than the ex-showroom price of Rs 1,29,999 of the current 450S. This scooter may be launched at the end of this month or in early October 2023.
