Bajaj Auto has filed a trademark for the name Vector. It is being speculated that Bajaj Auto's subsidiary company Husqvarna had earlier prepared a concept scooter model called Vector. Bajaj can now launch the Vector scooter in India by registering the trademark of the same name. It is also being speculated that it is possible that the company may launch a sporty version of Chetak e-scooter with the same name. Recently, Bajaj was seen testing one such electric scooter on Indian roads.

The company has priced the newly launched Chetak Urban at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). Bajaj claims that the battery present in it will give a range of up to 113 km on full charge. Whereas the range of standard variant of Chetak is 108 km. The top speed of Bajaj Chetak Urbane model is 63 km/hr. In this electric scooter model, you will get LCD display which will be equipped with many connected features.
