Maruti Wagon R became the highest selling car in the country during June 2023, Maruti sold a total of 17,481 units of WagonR last month. But compared to last year, there is a decline of 8.91 percent in the sales of Wagner. Maruti Swift has been at the second position with sales of 15,955 units in June 2023. The sales of this car are also seeing a decline as compared to last year. Maruti Swift has lost 1.59 percent.

Hyundai Creta stood third in car sales in June with 14,447 units. Creta sales are seeing a growth of 4.76 percent. Last year, a total of 13,790 units of Creta were sold. Maruti Baleno is on the fourth position, the sales of this car are seeing a big decline of 12.58 percent as compared to last year. Baleno sales fell to 14,077 units from 16,103 units.

It is on the fifth position. Tata Nexon, Nexon sales are also seeing a decline. Where Tata sold 14,295 units of this car in June last year, it has fallen by 3.27 percent to 13,827 units this year. After these comes the number of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Alto, Tata punch, Maruti Brezza and Grand Vitara. Out of all these, except Alto, everyone else is seeing an increase in sales. Alto's sales have decreased by 17.89 percent compared to last year.
