YuvaPatrkaar : French carmaker Citroen has launched its new mid-size SUV. Whose price is said to be less than Rs 10 lakh. 90% of this car is manufactured in India. Here we are talking about the Citroën C3 Aircross. Some have been in the headlines for the last few months. Its starting price is Rs 9.99 lakh. It has been specially designed keeping in mind the Indian customers. This is the brand's first Made in India mid-size SUV. Customers can book it till 31st October.

Price and variants

There will be 5 variants of the car available. The price of C3 Aircross U 1.2T 5 STR alone is around Rs 10 lakh. The price of other variants is beyond Rs 11 lakh. The top variant Max 1.2T 5+2 STR is priced at Rs 12,34,000. Its delivery will start from October 15. Updates are also available in features and design.

Features

The new Citroen C3 Aircross gets a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, manual AC, remote locking, electronically adjustable ORVMs, a digital driver display, rear parking sensors (camera and electronic), dual air bags with EBD. A 7-seater option is available in the SUV. Whereas its standard model has 5-seater and 7-seater options. The car has 4 monotone color options.

Powertrain and rivals

The SUV is equipped with a 1.2 liter turbo petrol engine. Which is capable of generating 110PS power. Also a 6-speed manual is provided. The new car will compete with many existing cars. Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos are also included in this list.
