MG is going to launch another new electric car soon in view of the increasing sales of its vehicles. Whose customers are seeing a lot of craze. According to the report, it is being said that this car will be launched in January 2024. This car has been named MG5 EV. Prices are expected to start from Rs.27 lakh onwards.

The new MG5 EV will measure 4600 mm in length, 1818 mm in width, 1543 mm in height and have a wheelbase of 2659 mm. The car gets LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, auto headlights, center brake light, silver roof rails, rear parking sensors, rear privacy glass, front and rear aero wipers giving a stylish look to its design. The car will get a spacious cabin on the inside, with a comfortable 6-way adjustable driver's seat in leather, 4-way adjustable passenger seat as well and 60:40 split fold seats for the second row.

MG5 EV Motor

The battery of the new MG5 EV will come with a power capacity of 61kWh. Which makes 156 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque. Which is connected to a single-speed automatic transmission. The car can accelerate from 0 – 60kmph in just 7.3 seconds. It takes 10 hours to charge the car to 100% with a 7kW fast charger. And the 150 kW rapid charger can charge it from 10 to 80% in just 35 minutes. Once charged, the car will give a range of 400 km. The car will have 17-inch alloy wheels.
