If action is not taken then appeal to High Court

According to the petitioner, he had recently complained about this to the Police Commissioner on August 4 and sought protection. On which no action of any kind could be taken. Have taken refuge in the High Court. In this case, the Additional Government Advocate argued that both belong to different religions. And according to Muslim law, being in a live-in relationship is a punishable crime.

Speaking on this, the High Court, citing several decisions of the Supreme Court, said that any adult couple has the right to live together as per their wish.
