Honda's Activa scooter sold a total of 2,35,056 units last month, which is 4.3% more than last year.
TVS Jupiter is at second place in the list. Last month, TVS managed to sell a total of 83,130 units of Jupiter scooter. Its sales have increased by 0.89% compared to last year.
Suzuki Access took the third position in the list with sales of 57,041 units last month, which is 22 per cent higher than the same period last year.
After Jupiter, another TVS scooter Ntorq has secured fourth place in this list. A total of 32,103 units of TVS Ntorq were sold in the 125 cc scooter segment last month. Sales increased by 1.92% compared to the same period last year.
Honda managed to hand over the keys of Dio to a total of 23,979 buyers in September this year. Whereas in September last year the sales volume was 29,994 units. As a result, there has been a 20% decline compared to last year.
TVS iQube has established itself as the best-selling scooter in the electric scooter segment. The sixth-ranked iQube electric scooter sold 20,276 units last month. Its sales have increased by 311% compared to September 2022.
Ola S1 is currently the second best selling electric scooter in the country. Ola sold 18,647 units of this scooter series last month. Which is about 88 percent more than the same period last year.
Suzuki Burgman, which looks like a maxi-scooter, sold a total of 17,506 units last month, which is 35.97% more than the same period a year ago.
Currently India's highest mileage 126cc scooter segment, Yamaha RayZR sold a total of 15,904 units last month, which is 95.31% more than the same month a year ago.
Hero Destini is at tenth place in this list. A total of 15,270 units of this scooter were sold in September this year, which is 2.1% more than the same period last year.
