CM Yogi Gave a Big Gift To These Cities of UP, 7 industrial Parks Will Be Built

 

UP News: Seven more industrial parks are going to be built on private land under the pledge scheme in UP. The government has given permission for four parks in Mathura, Meerut, Sitapur and Amroha. On January 3, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will give the necessary funds to the developer to build the industrial park. The government will give a loan at one percent interest to the developer to build an industrial park here.

The basic facilities required for the investment project will be created with this money. This includes leveling the land, building boundary walls, roads, sewers, water and STPs. This park has been given minimum 10th industry permission by the government. Here SIDBI will provide financial assistance to the developer.

Developers and private individuals have also sent proposals to build industrial parks in Unnao and Shravasti. Not only this, another developer has demanded his land in Mathura. Thus, the MSME department is completing the necessary processes for the three parks. All the park plazas are being built under the Promoting Leadership and Enterprise for Development of Growth Engine scheme. Last year the government had approved four parks. There will also be complete exemption from stamp duty.

Thousands of MMME units will get loans worth Rs 51 thousand crores.

On January 3, the Chief Minister will give a loan of Rs 51 thousand crore to thousands of MSME units, so that they can start or expand their business. MSME units will get such a big loan for the first time. He will symbolically give loan checks to five MSME entrepreneurs.

Construction of a trade promotion mall in Lucknow

An important mall will be built in Gomtinagar, Lucknow to promote exports. Handicrafts, artefacts and ODOP products will be displayed. Here you will be able to meet artisans and handicraft exporters and take orders. The Chief Minister will also lay its foundation stone. Under ODOP, common facility centers are ready in Sambhal, Saharanpur and Moradabad. These will also be inaugurated. Also, three women will be given the keys of e-rickshaw under the Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme.
