New 4 Lane Road Being Built in Faridabad at a Cost of Rs 278 Crore, These People Will Benefit a Lot

 

New Four Lane Road: The DPR (detailed project report) of the four-lane road will be built from the bridge over the Agra Canal in front of Faridabad Sector-37 to the Green Field Expressway. FMDA has written a letter to the Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department asking it to prepare a DPR. Since then the department is busy in making DPR. About 30 lakh people will benefit from this.

NHAI is converting this road from Delhi to Faridabad Sector-37 into DND-KMP Expressway. The expressway crosses the Agra Canal over the Sector-37 bridge and heads towards the bypass road in the city limits. A six-lane expressway from Delhi to Sector-37 bridge will be built along the canal.

There will be a two meter wide cycle track with sidewalk

There will also be sidewalk, cycle tracks and dividers between the roads. FMDA has proposed a 1.5 meter wide bridge. There is a width of two meter cycle track and sidewalk. The road will be total 20 km. The people of Greater Faridabad will benefit the most from this four-lane road.

UP Irrigation Department SDO Brajkishore said, “I have received a letter from FMDA to prepare DPR for the project.” The department has started arrangements to obtain DPR from the Central Research Road Institute.
