Yuva Patrkaar : Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said the Bengaluru-Chennai Express Highway will be operational by the end of this year or January 2024 and will prove instrumental in reducing the travel time between the two metros to just two hours.
