What changed in Himachal?

IMMD said that the weather has changed again due to the activity of western disturbance in some parts of Himachal Pradesh. The weather has worsened in Kullu and Lahaul valley of the state since late Monday night and there has been fresh snowfall on the higher peaks including Baralacha. The Meteorological Department said that there was fresh snowfall on the higher peaks including Rohtang, Baralacha, Hanuman Tibba and Seven Sister Peak.
