Rain will increase the problem further
According to the forecast, the sky will be clear on Saturday. Moderate to dense fog may occur. There will be cold wave conditions in some places. The maximum temperature can be up to 15 and the minimum temperature can be up to 9 degrees.
Along with cold, fog will also cause trouble on Saturday and Sunday. Yellow alert has been issued regarding fog. Due to drizzle and clouds on January 9 and 10, the maximum temperature is likely to come down once again.

According to information received from BSES, BRPL and BYPL recorded the highest demand of electricity in their areas at 2,379 MW and 1,136 MW respectively. Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), which supplies electricity to North Delhi, recorded the highest demand of 1,735 MW.
