Good News For Passengers of Rohtak & Hansi, Trains Will Run on Railway Line After 13 Years

Rohtak News: 13 years ago, announcement was made for Hansi-Meham-Rohtak railway line, which is now completely ready. This railway line was announced in the year 2011, for which the foundation stone was laid in 2013 and the land award was done in the year 2014. An amount of Rs 755 crore was sanctioned for this railway line for which the initial cost is Rs 287 crore. At present this railway line is ready.

Now everyone is waiting for the trains to run on this line. If railway officials are to be believed, trains will run on the railway line in the year 2024. For this, speed trials have been done by the Railways. And goods trains have also been run and checked. Five new railway stations on this route have also been fully constructed. CRS has also been done to check the line. Now just waiting for the train to run.

In the last month of September, Railway Safety Commissioner RK Sharma had arrived to inspect the railway line from Garhi to Hansi. On September 30, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had released a video on Twitter (now Chief Minister Manohar Lal had also shared a video regarding this.
The distance between Hisar and Rohtak will be reduced by 20 km.
Hansi-Rohtak rail line will start at a distance of two km from Hansi railway station. Whereas the old railway line goes towards Bhiwani. A total of five stations will be located on the 68.5 km long railway line. The train will reach Rohtak passing through 20 villages. The first station after Hansi will be at Bahu Akbarpur village before Garhi, Madina, Balmbha, Kharkada and Rohtak. Through this rail route the distance between Hisar and Rohtak will be reduced by 20 km.
