Due to this, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has given a big gift to the people of Haryana. Before the Lok Sabha elections, lakhs of people in 14 districts have been given a big gift. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has announced regularization of 303 illegal colonies in 14 districts.

For the first time, the government regularized the colonies outside the municipal area.

Along with this, it has also been announced to allocate Rs 3,000 crore for the development of infrastructure of these colonies. Target has been made according to CM Khattar. That 1507 colonies will be regularized by 31 January 2024. CM said that about 1438 colonies have been regularized in 9 years. At the same time, Congress was able to regularize only 874 colonies during its 10 years of rule. For the first time, the government has regularized the colonies outside the municipal area.

1507 colony will be confirmed by 31st January

CM Khattar said that out of the 1507 colonies which will be confirmed by January 31, 936 belong to urban local bodies. And 571 are located in outlying areas. Cm Khattar says. We have made strict provisions to ensure that such colonies are not built in future. Wherever such illegal colonies are being built. Their registries are completely banned. Apart from this, colonies are being built secretly. Action will be taken against them also.

Relief has been given in property tax

Along with this, the CM also made another announcement under which all the interest and penalty on outstanding property tax of the people of the state will be waived off. The people of the state have property tax outstanding of about Rs 8 thousand crores. With this decision of CM Khattar, property owners will now save Rs 8 thousand crores. With this, relief has been provided in the outstanding property tax. And up to 15 percent discount has been announced. This means that property owners will also get a benefit of around Rs 1200 crore. Let us tell you that these discounts will continue till 31st December.
