Due to which people may have to face cold.

Giving information about this, Dr. Madan Lal Khichad, Chairman of the Meteorology Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, Haryana, gave this information and said that partial effect of another western disturbance will be seen in Haryana. Due to which there is a possibility of seeing partial clouds and drizzle at isolated places in the state during the night of 21st October to 23rd October.
