Highway: New Entry & Exit Will Be Made on Delhi-Meerut Highway
Delhi-Meerut Highway: Work on making new entries and exits on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway will begin from Friday. Union Minister General VK Singh and Ghaziabad MP will inaugurate the work. This will greatly benefit the people traveling to Crossing Republic. On the contrary, to get to NH-9 you do not need to take the wrong direction.
NHAI Project Director Arvind Kumar gave this information. His plan was very comprehensive. This scheme will also eliminate wrong side driving from Ghaziabad DME towards NH-9.
Arvind Kumar said that the traffic coming from Hapur on NH-9 will get a new entry point on Delhi-Meerut Expressway towards Delhi, about 300 meters ahead of Crossing Republic. With this, apart from crossing Republic, traffic coming from Ghaziabad and Hapur will be able to easily reach DME. However, NHAI plans to widen the service road first to reduce traffic jams at the new entry point.

it will work
NHAI Delhi-Meerut Expressway will close the entry of vehicles coming from Meerut in front of crossing Republic. This exit will then be moved back by approximately 500 metres, allowing the vehicle to reach NH-9 below the DME. Now go to the crossing Republic Service Road. Nothing will happen from this. By going back 500 meters of this exit, the entry of people taking U-turn towards the wrong side DME will also be completely blocked.
