Monsoon: The month of March witnessed seasonal changes in the central and eastern states of India. Thunderstorms and hailstorm brought down the temperatures suddenly in the areas. There will be relief from pre-monsoon rains

According to Skymet, a weather forecasting agency, pre-monsoon rains are going to start soon in some states of India. This will not only provide relief from the increasing heat but will also bring a pleasant change in the weather. This rain will start in central Indian states like Vidarbha, Marathwada, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, after which this belt will move towards eastern India and cover Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.

Farmers need to be careful

Pre-monsoon rain will provide relief from the heat but it will also affect the farmers. Since this is the time of harvesting of most of the crops. Therefore, sudden rain can cause damage to crops. Skymet has advised farmers to be cautious during this rain. So that crop loss can be minimized.

Weather conditions in the coming days

According to Skymet, pre-monsoon rains may start from April 6. Which will continue for at least 4-5 days. There is every hope of getting relief from the heat during this period. Scattered pre-monsoon rain and thundershowers are likely over most parts of south peninsular India as well as central, east and northern parts till the first half of April.
