Proposal sent to higher officials

Keeping in mind the problems of animal farmers, Haryana Government has announced to open Animal Referral Hospital in Nuh district. Not only this, the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department claimed that the process of opening a veterinary hospital in the district has also been started. The proposal for Animal Referral Hospital has also been sent to the District Deputy Commissioner and higher officials of the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department. Get approval from officials. Work on this project will be started.

Various facilities will be available in the hospital

Giving information, Deputy Director of Nuh district, Dr. Virendra Sehrawat said that at present there are 25 veterinary hospitals and 61 dispensaries in the district. 2 VLDAs have been appointed in the dispensary. In the same veterinary hospitals, veterinary surgeons have been appointed to take care of the animals. X-ray, ultrasound and surgery and various other facilities will be provided in the referral animal hospital. Under the new project, 2 animal ambulances, one veterinarian, VLDA and various types of animal medicines will be provided in each section.

Medical facilities will be available in the district itself

Apart from this, Virendra Sehrawat said that due to the absence of any veterinary hospital in the district, animals had to be taken 200-250 KM for surgery. With the opening of the referral animal hospital, the animal farmers of the district will not have to go far for the treatment of their animals and all the modern facilities will be available in the district hospital itself. TB symptoms are most common in cows and buffaloes. For this, now screening of animals will be done in cow sheds and door to door. Those who have symptoms of TB will be treated.
