UP Weather Alert: UP Weather News On Friday, the maximum temperature in the capital was recorded at 34.2 degrees Celsius and minimum at 27.8 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature in the state was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius in Basti.

The weather remained wet in many parts of the state due to movement of clouds and light sunshine throughout the day. However, it also rained in some areas of western Uttar Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has predicted movement of clouds and rain in various parts of the state till Saturday next week.

Chance of rain for 2 days

According to Atul Kumar Singh, senior scientist of the Meteorological Center, at present a monsoon trough i.e. an area of low air pressure is formed over Madhya Pradesh. Due to this, thunder and lightning may occur at some places in Bundelkhand and western Uttar Pradesh in the next two days. Apart from this, the weather will clear up in most parts of the state from Friday. It may rain and be cloudy for some time. There will be no change in temperature throughout the week due to easterly wind.

The Meteorological Department said that there may be rain and cloud movement in Lucknow and surrounding areas. The maximum temperature can be around 33 degrees and the minimum temperature can be around 27 degrees Celsius.
