Haryana: Ramrahim, lodged in Sunaria jail of Rohtak, Haryana, has got 21 days furlough. On Tuesday morning he can go to Barnava Ashram located in Baghpat district of UP. As soon as the information about the furlough was received, the police have increased vigilance around the jail premises. An official letter may reach the jail administration from the headquarters late on Monday night or Wednesday morning.

Gurmeet was sentenced in the year 2017 in the Sadhvi rape case. Later he was also convicted in Chhatrapati murder case and Ranjit murder case. Three days ago, Ramrahim had filed an application for furlough, which has been approved. As soon as the police received the information on Monday evening, vigilance was increased around the jail premises.

Under the leadership of Shivaji Colony police station in-charge Inspector Pradeep Kumar, the police team investigated from Outer Hisar Bypass, Rupee Chowk to IMMA. Intelligence department sources say. That Ramrahim can go to Barnava Ashram on Tuesday morning. The police team will leave UP under the leadership of DSP.

12 May 2021: Brought to PGI for examination on complaint of blood pressure and restlessness.

June 8, 2021: Taken to Medanta Hospital, Gurugram for health checkup.

July 13, 2021: Taken to AIIMS for investigation. The alleged meeting with two women on his return journey is being investigated.
