Chandigarh: In the elections held in the year 2019, the government alliance of BJP and JJP came to power in Haryana. Now again Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are going to be held in Haryana in the year 2024. Political leaders have already started preparations for these elections. Recently, assembly elections have been conducted on Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Telangana seats. JJP has got very less majority in the elections in Rajasthan.

For information, let us tell you that JJP has secured only 0.14 percent majority in the elections held in Rajasthan. At the same time, JJP may have to face defeat in Haryana like Rajasthan. Apart from this, in the year 1989, Chaudhary Devi Lal reached the Parliament after winning the elections from Sikar in Rajasthan and became the first PM of the country. In 1990, Dushyant Chautala's father Ajay Chautala was elected MLA from Dataramgarh seat and in 1993, Chaudhary Devi Lal was elected MLA from Nohar assembly constituency of Hanumangarh.

JJP's dream broken

On December 9, 2018, Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala founded JJP party. JJP had won a total of 10 seats in the assembly elections held in the year 2019. BJP government came to power with the alliance of JJP. In the recently held Rajasthan elections, BJP proved that the saffron party is thinking ahead. JJP was hopeful that it would come into alliance with BJP in Haryana. In Rajasthan too, she will emerge as a king maker by coming into alliance.

Victory in 13 districts

A total of 25 JJP candidates had contested in Rajasthan, out of which 19 candidates are left in the fray. Who got only 57,019 votes. Which is only 0.14 percent of the total voting. While Nota got 0.96% votes. JJP had claimed victory on 6 seats, but had to face defeat on all these seats. JJP President Dushyant Chautala said that even though he has been defeated. But in Rajasthan he has also won in 13 districts. We were able to garner 60,000 votes in a place where we did not even have a single worker or booth agent.
