YuvaPatrkaar : British sports car manufacturer Lotus is going to debut in India. For which the date of 9th November has also been confirmed. According to sources, two cars of the brand will be launched in India, which include the Emira Sportscar and the Electra SUV. Lotus Electra SUV is an electric vehicle. Both the cars will be sold in the Indian market through CBU. Booking and delivery will also start in the coming few days. No official announcement has been made yet regarding the names of the vehicles.

Lotus Emira

It is one of the lightweight sports cars from the brand. Along with attractive design, it also offers power and comfort. The car has many luxurious features including door pockets, digital instruments, cup holder and central touchscreen. The sportscar is available in two power variants: 2.0 liter 4-cylinder AMG engine generating 365 hp power. Whereas the 3.5 liter V6 Toyota source unit generates 406hp power. Also available is an 8-speed gearbox. Its price can range from Rs 2.5 crore to Rs 3 crore 9 (ex-showroom).

Lotus electra

The design of this electric car can attract anyone. It also hints at the future of the brand. Three variants of all electric can be found. Which includes Electra (611 hp), Electra S (611 hp) and Electra R (918 hp). The SUV comes with a 109kWh battery, which is based on an 800V system and is charged by a 350kW unit. It has a comfortable and spacious cabin. It is capable of giving a range of up to 600 kilometers on a single charge. The price of the car ranges from Rs 2.5 crore to Rs 3.1 crore (ex-showroom).
