Yuva Patrkaar: Aston Martin's luxury vehicle DB12 is going to be launched in India on 29 September 2023. The vehicle will be available from the British High Commission in New Delhi and deliveries are expected to begin in late 2023. The DB12 car will be slightly larger than the DB11. Its grille will be bigger and the nose will be quite aggressive. Along with this, new swept-back headlamps and new signature LED DRLs have also been included. The design given on the sides of the vehicle is also quite attractive. And a big air vent option is also available in it. Along with this, the track of the vehicle has also been increased to 6 mm and 22 mm.

The Aston Martin DB12 uses updated versions of the chassis and mechanicals of the previous model. It will get a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG, which will provide 680hp power and 800Nm torque. In fact, by removing the old V12 engine, its weight has been reduced by 100 kg. It gets power to the rear wheels with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a new electronic rear differential. Also, it achieves 0-100kph speed in 3.6 seconds. And its top speed is 325 kmph. It has been called a 'super tourer'.

It also gets a 7 percent stronger chassis, upgraded adaptive dampers and a new ESC system for better performance and handling capability. The previous Aston Martin DB12 price in India was Rs. 4.80 Crore, ex-showroom. However, with the new changes, the price of this new model can undoubtedly be high. Because customers can also customize their personal coupe. At the same time, the booking of this car has started in India in June itself. It will compete directly with the Bentley Continental GTC, which also includes a twin turbocharged 4.0 L V8 petrol engine. Its cost is around Rs 4 crore.
