Bajaj Auto Executive Director Rakesh Sharma said that CNG is better cleaner than diesel. In the interview, he told that CNG is a cleaner fuel than diesel due to negligible particulate matter emissions. But it is not a zero emission fuel.

Therefore, the company is also working on adding models like Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and ethanol-blended fuel to its portfolio. It will be started in the coming years. According to a report, Platina could be the first CNG motorcycle of the country and the company. Bruiser's codename is E101. Its construction is the final phase.

The report also said that if everything goes as per plan, the company will launch the CNG motorcycle within six months to a year. Some models have been made. It is manufactured in Aurangabad plant. However, the company has not yet given any official information.
