iPhone 15 Pro Review : What is Special in This New Compact Sized Apple iPhone?
iPhone 15 Pro Review : Apple iPhone 15 Pro was launched some time ago. I have a 1TB review unit. Which I have been using for the last 10 days. Its price is around Rs 1 lakh 84 thousand. Many changes have been made in iPhone 15 Pro. In such a situation, does it become a value for money? Also, whether you should shift from your old phone to the new iPhone 15 Pro or not, you will know this in today's review.
What changed in the design?
Talking about the design of iPhone 15 Pro, the biggest change is the titanium build. Due to which the phone has become much lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro. Its weight becomes 187 grams. This means that compared to iPhone 14 pro, the weight reduces by about 19 grams.
Let us tell you that the weight of iPhone 14 Pro is about 206 grams. Also, for the first time, an action button has been provided in the phone instead of the mute button. But I did not like its use case much, even today I use the action button as a mute button, yes, but perhaps in the coming days it can be made more useful.

Apart from this, no major changes have been made in the design. But some useful changes have been made. Like the sharpness of the edges of the phone has been reduced. Also, the phone has been introduced in matte finish. This has two benefits. Firstly, the phone does not slip when held. Secondly, the phone has good grip and fingerprints do not appear on the phone. The bezels in the phone have become slightly smaller. In such a situation, design-wise the phone looks the same as before. But you find the changes in use quite beneficial.
How is the display?
iPhone 15 Pro has a 6.1 inch display. With this screen size it becomes a compact size smartphone. Whereas the weight of Pro Max increases due to its size and larger battery. Also, there is difficulty in using the phone single handed. Personally, I like iPhone 15 Pro with its compact size. iPhone 15 Pro has less bezels as compared to iPhone 14 Pro. With this, the screen to body ratio of the phone becomes 88.23 percent. Which was 86.5 percent in iPhone 14. iPhone 15 Pro has a peak brightness of 2000 nits, due to which there is no problem in using the phone indoor and outdoor.
The phone comes with Always On Display. This consumes more battery of the phone. But it is good that the phone comes with a bigger battery than the 14 Pro. The phone has 120Hz refresh rate support. Due to which the phone runs like butter. Dynamic island is available in the phone like before. In this you get LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED display. Which supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Very good colors are available in the display of the phone. Also black also looks very beautiful. In such a situation, it becomes a great display for watching videos or any other content. The display of the phone comes with Ceramic Shield Glass protection.
How is the phone's camera?
Some major changes have been made in the rear camera of iPhone 15 Pro. It has a 48MP main camera sensor. Apart from this, 12MP telephoto lens and 12MP telephoto and 12MP ultra wide camera are provided. Talking about the camera, it has been given 3X optical zoom for the first time. Also, the option of video photography is available with macro sensor. Apart from this, you will be able to shoot 4k video at 60fps with ProRelos in the phone. In this you get the option of portrait mode shift. Meaning, after clicking the photo, you can keep whoever you want in focus. You also get 3X zoom support in portrait mode. By turning on the action button, you will be able to shoot 2.8k video at 60fps. 3X zoom support is provided in video mode. Whereas 2X zoom is given in cinematic. There is also an option to set the exposure. Not only this, 3X zoom support has been provided with slow motion and time lapse. A 12MP camera sensor is available in the front of the phone. In such a situation, there is no comparison to iPhone 15 Pro in terms of photos and videos.
How is the new A17 Pro chipset?
The brand new A17 Pro chipset is provided in iPhone 15 Pro. Its An tutu score is the highest 1641883. One gets a very good experience in using the phone. The phone runs like butter. With this powerful chipset it becomes a gaming smartphone. Although iPhone is not known for gaming. But with Apple A17 Pro it offers next level gaming experience. Also there is no issue of lag. The phone performs daily tasks comfortably. The phone has good performance during multitasking. However, there is definitely a heating issue in the No Doubt phone. When the phone is charging, the phone gets very hot. Sometimes during calling, the phone gets heated while talking. Even when you edit an Instagram video, the phone gets heated. But the truth is that all smartphones heat up slightly during high graphics games and editing. Good sound experience is available in the phone. There is no problem during calling on the phone. Also, in terms of sound quality, there is a lot of upgrade in iPhone 15 Pro. It provides crystal clear voice.

Connectivity
iOS 17 update is available in iPhone 15 Pro. Along with this, many cool new features like standby mode, live voicemail, check-in and namedrop are available in the phone. Apart from this, the phone has support for satellite connectivity and Find My Apps along with emergency SOS. As connectivity features, it has Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth V5.30, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G along with 5G connectivity. E-SIM support is available in the phone along with dual SIM support.
Improved Battery
Battery : The phone has an improved 3800mAh battery. The phone can be used comfortably for 8 to 9 hours on a single charge. Meaning you have to charge the phone about twice a day. Although the battery has already been improved. But there is still a need for more improvement. Because people's screen time on phones is increasing. In such a phone, a big battery should be provided, if not a big battery, then at least fast charging should be offered.
Let us tell you that 20W charging support is available in the phone. In such a situation, I feel that there is a need for some improvement in the matter of battery. But a big relief has been provided by providing Type-C charging port with the phone. This has eliminated a different kind of battery anxiety. Earlier one had to carry a power bank with the iPhone. But now you can charge the phone with any Android Type C charger, this is a big relief.

Our decision
If you are iPhone lover. Then you should absolutely shift to the iPhone 15 Pro, as this is the compact size of the Pro model. With this compact size it becomes a good phone. Also, a new chipset is available in the phone. Due to which one gets a great gaming experience. The camera and battery have been improved. Due to which it becomes a good smartphone. But the phone seems a bit overpriced.
