According to Indian Army officials, both the armies conducted field training exercises in Alaska on Friday.

War Practice 2023
The 19th edition of the prestigious war exercise 2023 between India and America is going on in Alaska, America. Last year, Yudh Abhyas 2022 was organized in Auli, Uttarakhand. In this war exercise which lasts for 15 days, soldiers of both the armies perform various exercises.
Who is taking part?
Indian and American army personnel are taking part in the war exercise 2023 being held between India and America. Soldiers and officers of Maratha Light Infantry of the Indian Army and soldiers and officers of the 2nd Brigade of the 11th Airborne Division of the US Army are taking part in this war exercise. 'Yudh Abhyas 2022' will run for 15 days i.e. till October 8.

Indian Ambassador took part in the exercise
Indian Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu visited the exercise area in Alaska for the concluding ceremony of the exercise. Sandhu shared his joy at witnessing the activities of Indian Army and US Army troops in the war exercise in Alaska.
