Yuva Patrkaar, New Delhi : Apart from being famous for its paan, Varanasi is also famous for its delicious street food. Japanese Ambassador Hiroshi Suzuki recently sampled some of the city's popular street food, including aloo chaat, golgappas and Banarasi thali. However, it was his response to Panipuri that captured the hearts of Indians. He also shared a video on Twitter, in which he is seen enjoying Golgappa with great gusto.

In the viral video, the Japanese ambassador can be seen searching for street food in Kashi. In a restaurant, he relishes aloo chaat and golgappas. His reaction after eating panipuri is especially noticeable. Indians are also affected by this moment. The video ends with Hiroshi saying 'very nice'.

Hiroshi shared a video on Twitter and expressed his desire to try panipuri after seeing Japan's PM Fumio Kishida enjoying golgappas with PM Narendra Modi during their meeting in Delhi's Buddha Jayanti Park in March, where They also enjoyed aam panna, fried idlis and tea.

A user expressed happiness to see the discovery of Indian culture, food and Indo-Japanese relations. Meanwhile, another user expressed hope that the golgappas were enjoyed and shared his own love for Japanese cuisine.
