National Highway: A private company has started the survey in May-June last year for the construction of Sirsa-Nohar via Taranagar-Churu Highway proposed by the Ministry of National Highways. A 36 km long road will be built from Sirsa in the state of Haryana. The remaining period will be determined upon completion of the survey. Sirsa-Jamal, Fefana, Nohar via Taranagar is the proposed highway for Churu. This will be the longest first road in Hanumangarh district. Only six km stretch of the highway from Kainchian to Suratgarh is in Hanumangarh district. The rest is in Sri Ganganagar.
