This Mahindra car based on INGLO platform can hit the market by 2026. After launch, the name of this car will be Mahindra Thar.e or Thar EV. However, the company has not yet revealed anything about the hardware specifications.

According to CarDekho report, Mahindra has filed a patent for the design of Thar Electric. According to the report, this patent was filed on August 10. The company has finalized the prototype model showcased on the occasion of India's Independence Day.

Talking about the design of Mahindra Thar EV, it will have square LED headlamps and tail lamps. Apart from this, there will be a spare wheel on the rear door and flared wheel arches, which is also seen in the current model of Thar. Inside the cabin, the attractively designed dashboard will have a touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster in the middle. According to sources, Mahindra can keep the price of this car around Rs 25 lakh.
