The car will be available in two chassis – an EV and an extender. The range of the car in EV mode is 80 km on full charge and 120 km in the extender version! The vehicle has a 20 kW electric motor, this micro EV has a stock lithium iron phosphate battery unit. The company has not yet given information about the powertrain of the car. Talking about safety, driver side airbag will be available in the car.
This car has a length of 3000 mm, width of 1510 mm and height of 1630 mm. The wheelbase of this car is 1953 mm. If we talk about the dimensions of MG Comet, its length is 2,974 mm, width is 1505 mm and height is 1640 mm. The number of micro EV vehicles in India is currently very low. But such electric cars are very popular in China and South Asian countries.
