The state Govt will create a mega textile park in an area of 1000 acres in Lucknow and Hardoi under the MM Mega Integrated Textiles and Apparel Scheme. The Textile Park will provide state-of-the-art infrastructure for the textile sector, which will reduce logistics expenses by integrating industries at one location. This park will generate approximately one lakh direct and two lakh indirect jobs and attract investment of Rs 10,000 to 15,000 crore in the textile and apparel sector.
